Profile:   Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile.  My business career did not start in real estate, but I have always been drawn to it.  After attending college at Penn State University, I worked as a project manager for an environmental remediation firm based in Annapolis, MD.  While working with this firm I successfully managed and completed many high level projects at locations such as the C.I.A. headquarters in McLean, VA, the U.S.D.A. main office in Washington, D.C., and the University of Pittsburgh.  My career in real estate began a little more than 7 years ago as a real estate investor.  I have worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions for a Real Estate Investment company for the past 4 years.  In this time I have located, negotiated, and closed on more than 250 investment properties.  These acquisitions incorporated bank owned properties, short sales, and private sellers.  Most of these properties required some sort of renovation work, which allowed me to gain an abundance of experience by participating in more than 250 renovations.  Acquiring and renovating this many properties, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly.  I have been married for the past nine years, and have two children. My son Ayden, who is 8, and a daughter, Addison, that is 2.  I also serve on the Home Owner’s Association Board of my community.  I am here to assist you, so feel free to contact me anytime.
