So, what happens after you pass that test?
 
Fast Track- Here at Weichert we have an intense training program that will teach you how to start being a Realtor. Learn how to market yourself, who to market to, and what activities to do to become successful. The process is broken down step by step and is easy to understand. In office role playing and activities after each class, reinforce what you just learned and give you real world experience.
Weichert University – You will have access to Weichert One, our agents only website. One of the tools you will find is Weichert University. Tons of online courses wait to educate you 24/7, at your own pace and on your own schedule.
Management – Our manager is with you for your first several transactions with customers. Together we show homes, write contracts, conduct effective open houses, and go on buyer and seller consultations. You will never be left on your own and unsure of what you are doing. This is your groundwork for becoming a great agent.
Weichert Lead Network – Getting your feet wet and into the business is challenging. Our Lead Network will help supplement your income by giving you leads once you are qualified. Our unique leads generation system lets clients connect directly with an agent immediately! Give it a try yourself at weichert.com
Icalls – Tuesday evenings in the office are for agents that want even more leads. We tell you who and where to call and you take it from there.
Weekly Meetings – With your office manager to discuss your activities and address any concerns.
Monthly Think Tank – Meet informally with your associates once a month to discuss relevant topics. Discuss past experiences, future endeavors, and generate great ideas. These sessions are not only very educational for everyone who chooses to participate, they are also a lot of fun. Diversity fuels great ideas, and we have a lot of great ideas!
NO DESK FEES! – Our office charges you for the things that you need to keep yourself in business and nothing extra. It gets broken down into monthly bills to make it easier for you to manage your finances. We never charge for things like internet access or telephone useage.
