Requirements in Pennsylvania…
-At least 18 years of age
-Complete 4 credits or 60 hours of real estate instruction in RE Practice and RE Fundamentals within 10 years prior to the date of successfully completing the licensing exam
-Register with PSI (the testing agency) to take the real estate exam
-Score a passing test grade on the National and State portions of the exam and affiliate with a RE broker within 3 years of the passing grade
-Complete PA real estate commission paperwork
-Start your new career!
Here at Weichert we want you to succeed every step of the way. We have licensing pre-tests for you to practice on before you go to take your test. If you have any questions on materials, just ask. There is someone here to clear up anything you might be confused about. And if you do not pass on the first try, no worries! We offer classes to get you ready to re-take the test and get that passing score.
